"The front desk rep that checked me in was so kind! There is going to be heavy snowfall tonight and if I’m unable to drive on the roads in the morning when I planned to check out she offered to let me and my children check out at 2pm if needed. So incredibly kind and generous. I use to work in hospitality and it’s not often you see that level of accommodation. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stay here again!"

After housekeeping came through there was more trash on the carpet than before they came by. Most of the staff was very inattentive. I’ve been working in hotels for 30 years and I know how things should be. "

"Inside the rooms are great for people like me that dont ask or need alot and for people driving in. Free Parking, Easy in and out on the highway, reasonably priced gas stations and Dunkin near by. Only downside is that those who want to drive into the city are subject to the congestion fee. Inside fullfridge with microwave and free parking. The only downsides were the terrace inside was not heated so the weather outside was the same inside the foyer and the desk was empty during my time for...
