I didn’t realize we had to ask for room dishes and cutlery and beach towels. This wasn’t communicated to us nor was it written. Love being a hop from the beach and a perfect walk to the shops. Rooms were big and spacious could use a dresser in the room or someplace to put my luggage.

Very basic, rooms seems to be from the 70s. No wall isolation, you can hear people outside and walking on top of you if staying on ground floor. Only recommend if you plan to stay out late, not family-friendly. When renting a 2 bed/5 guests, dishes offered are still only 2 sets. People smoke in common areas. Breakfast is very limited and serving Sunny Delight as "orange juice" in Florida is outrageous. Overall, too expensive for the quality.

Not the greatest.
Well, where do I start? Check in was ok, except there isnt someone at the actual property address. You have to go over 1 street on the main road to a seperate building. Parking isnt free, its $19 plus tax. The ac in the room is either on or off. The tstat doesnt allow for adjustment. I took a shower, water pressure was good. No shelving for toiletries, though. After showering and then walking around, my feet were black from the floor. We had bottom floor. There was a "herd of elephants" upstairs over us that were pacing and running around until well after 2 am. I tried to go to sleep at 11. At 230, exhasuted and frustrated due to the excessive noise. Beach proximity is the only plus.

Hidden Gem, We will be back!
Room was very nice and spacious. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Check in process was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again! The only reason for the 4 stars is there were several people blaring music all night long on the balcony. Can’t necessarily blame this on the hotel, but it seemed like a regular occasion/long term tenants that were doing it.

False advertising. It says kitchen ware available on your web page and they did not. They even had a sign in the kitchen that said that the utensils wr not sanitized so to wash them. My kids have a gluten allergy so we cant eat out alot. So this was very challenging and expensive hit for us!
