Where do I even begin? Our experience at this place was absolutely terrible. The room had both roaches and rats, which was completely unacceptable. We were promised a cot for our son in case he wanted to sleep alone, but when we arrived, they claimed they had none available. When we reported the rodent and insect issue, the night manager’s attitude was appalling—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward both my husband and me. We requested a refund, but he told us we had to leave in order to get one—at 3 AM, with nowhere else to go. This was, without a doubt, the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Save yourself the trouble—don’t waste your time or money here.

We arrived back from a cruise early on February 9. We had a reservation at the Best Western but check in time is 3:00 pm. The front desk clerk was awesome and got us into our room by noon. We were very appreciative.

The cleanest part of the property is the parking lot! Water didn’t have enough pressure to run the shower. Pillows looked like they were off a couch. This is a case of contacting the franchise cause it’s a dump. Funny enough there were people sleeping in their car in the parking lot…

It needed complete re do..noisy elevator..difficult and noisy AC..Hallway not painted, dirty floors on room..holes in walls in lobby..baseboards were dirty..chair in room was disgustingly filthy...NOT the quality I was expecting fron a Best Western hotel. I would not recommend, nor will I stay here again. Totally dissatisfied with this stay.

The only things that are really important are the bed and the wifi. There has been no free wifi provided over the duration of my stay, which i consider a breach of contract. The hotel is old, scarred, and smells bad throughout. Room is a pass and staff are courteous.
