Great stay!! All meals including breakfast lunch and dinner options were fantastic! Drinks were delicious too! Overall the service was excellent! Awesome shaken espresso from the bar, really tasty breakfast on the beach, same with lunch and dinner. Room was clean and cute. Balcony (partial ocean view king room) was great however the balconies are NOT private at all and there’s no doorway just a solid deadbolt door and two nice size windows. Bathroom is outdated. Bed is comfy so are the pillows. Bath towels are horridly scratchy. AC worked great. Pools were clean and warm. Pool/beach towels provide were nice and soft. Oceanfront beach was gorgeous. Chairs, umbrella are included in your daily resort fee. The beach is gorgeous and raked each morning. The pompano beach pier is walkable from this beach area. Highly recommend! Convenience store and beach store across the street. Water taxi stop super close too (also recommend)! 1/2 drive from airport. Really fun stay!!!

WE WERE UNSATISFIED WITH OOUR ROOM DUE TO NOISE FRO HE ELEVATOR SO ONEIL AND NICHOLAS AT THE FRONT DESK HELPED US IMMEDIATELY AND UPGRADED US TO A PRESIDENTIAL SUITE AT A MINIMAL PRICE- WE COULD NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THEIR PATIENCE AND HELP . Mostly a great visit -- nice grounds, great location, and the wait, bar, and pool/beach staff were great. The front desk, on the other hand, was not -- specifically a manager named Oneil was rude, dismissive, dishonest, threatening, and made what was otherwise a nice trip quite negative. He was a horrible representative of your facility, and calling a guest a "liar" is not ever good policy.

It was great! The only issue was the surprise charges added on to our package. I wonder how you might be transparent about the addition of 40. Per day for resort fees and 15.95 for overnight parking despite us parking our own car across the street? I feel strongly that the resort fees were unreasonable as food and drinks were already expensive (albeit good) and would cover the cost of using the pool/beach etc. which we couldn’t use 3 of the 5 days due to rain.
