The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the main road and transport facilities, so need a car to get around. Otherwise enjoyed the stay for five nights, would certainly recommend it for a couple or family"

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"Nice property, clean and quiet.. we had a relaxing time . Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room furniture’s are somewhat outdated but otherwise clean and spacious. I like the fact that our room was check and cleaned twice a day. Beach area is private and really nice and calm waters except from our last 2 days that seaweeds invaded the shore and somewhat smelly.. I cannot recommend the Italian restaurant on the resort! "We loved our stay here! Tranquil oasis with a lovely pool, huge rooms and comfy beds, and delicious fresh fruit and coffee with a view every morning. Walkable to Dickenson Bay in about 7 minutes. We hired a car (would recommend) and was a great base to visit other parts of the island and near lots of good restaurants. Jackie was great and helped us with restaurant bookings and recommendations. The place was very clean and was a great alternative to the big resorts. "

"This is a quiet, relaxing and quaint property. There are not a great deal of amenities and there is a fee that they property charges additional for a taxi without disclosing but I appreciate the service offered. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again "

"The place is not modern however it was nice for what we needed. The water was hot, the a/c worked. The location was centrally located. We walked to Dickerson Bay which was about 20 minutes. The cab to town was $20 and it’s about 20 mins from the airport or a $25 cab ride. "

"The property had the most incredible view of English Harbour and the staff and Robert, the owner, were lovely, so accommodating and would go out of their way to do anything for you. We had one of the separate chalets with our own balcony which was perfect. The buffet style breakfast was perfect and extra was put on on Christmas Day and New Years Day by Selwin who was an absolute gentleman. If you go, you need to sit down with him and listen to his amazing stories. He's done a lot and met some incredible people in his life. "
