"This is a beautiful property. Traditional Bahamian/British decor. Elegant but comfortable. It’s nice to watch the cruise ships come and go from the beach or pool. Centrally located to downtown shopping and restaurants. Professional staff. Good entertainment on Saturday night. "

"I liked the proximity to the beach and downtown, proximity to museums and shopping. I found the Bistro limited in offering and being without items for breakfast everyday eg. I don’t eat eggs and 2 days there was no bacon, the only fruit was strawberries. There was no OJ 2 days. I think the snack shop has really exorbitant prices "

"Although the neighbors was extremely loud my family and I enjoyed the experience. The Wi-Fi was horrible but once we informed the front desk they help us in a timely manner and it was no an issue. The ladies at the front desk was very nice and professional. I will stay again."

"The hotel is right across the street from the beach. It’s a quick walking distance to every thing from the hotel. I had the pool side terrace room facing the ocean it was cute. I ate breakfast at the restaurant at the hotel it was cool. "

"Beautiful hotel, amazing customer service, food was delicious even tho they serve the same breakfast menu everyday but over all I highly recommend it, my husband and I came for his birthday and I requested a little something to make the room special for him and they sure did. "

"Where to begin! This resort was beyond fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of our 10 days here. The Cascades pool and staff in that area were top notch! Jamel led his team to customer service excellence daily, Cody, Everette, Justin, Shaquille, Zhavargo and Parish ensured we had our chairs, towels, umbrellas and wristbands and were always available for a good chat 😊 Our night time housekeeper Krystal was awesome at her job and was never too busy to take a few minutes to make sure we were doing good and had all we need The Cascades servers Anishka Hall and Gardenia took such good care of us and were always ready with a good laugh at my husbands jokes 😉 I cant remember the names of all the guys at bell services who helped us but they were outstanding, there was never a time when they weren't ready and willing to help us 😊 Our room was beautiful and peaceful and watching the cruise ships come and go was nice, but the waves hitting the shore was the part I enjoyed the most! I would like to congratulate the staff at The Cove because they made our vacation better than we hoped! "
