"The view from top floor is amazing. The service is very good and responsive to everything we asked. The sauna is absolutely fantastic. On the one negative, the bed is minimally comfortable and the pillows need to be all replaced. Had to ask for extra pillows because there’s literally a handful of stuffing per pillow and adding a second pillow just didn’t help so sleep wasn’t great. Other than that everything is great. "

"Huge room. I has 2 twins and 2 pull out chairs for families. Bathroom also huge. The garage was expensive but I didn’t want to deal with parking. Room has safe. Large walk in shower. Would recommend. 9/10"

The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. "The property is beautiful but the rooms are very tiny and there is no real place for large suitcases. We had two twin beds and my mattress kept moving as it had no where to go on one side as it was up against a wall. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant and cleaned the room up nicely. We did not pay for breakfast but large area was open to all as was the fridge and plates and silverwear which was great for leftovers. A microwave in basement is really needed. "Hotel Sommer is a place where I could stay for a long time. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The food was over the top delicious and nothing was left out. And the spa with 5 saunas was top notch with a view of the lake. Overall a stunning and luxurious place to stay. "
