"Convenient and location plus kitchenette. The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber. My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges. "

"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

"It is my favourite hotel :) I stayed there several times. Always very welcoming. Staff is great, Very kind people, always patience with they guests. Hotel itself is nice, cons: a bit cold in the rooms and unfortunately they can not increase temperature. I hope it will change as I can not stand cold. "

"We stayed for 4 nights in Oct 2024. Loved the location and the charming looking unit. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants; and a market place is around the corner. We’d walked to The Lourve, the Latin Quarter and a few parks. We did have difficulties unlocking the door on the first night & the morning after. "Excellent hotel though sometimes noisy (infrequently) with hearing people walking above your room, people talking in the next room, and the cleaning staff slamming doors. Food was great and hotel staff was very cordial and attentive. Great location to many attractions. "

Great Stay, Great location.

"Great stay at the CitizenM Champs-Elysees. This was the first time trying this hotel chain and I was very impressed. While the room was a little smaller than anticipated, it was well thought out, and very efficient use of space. The location was excellent, and there were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this property."

"We stayed at this hotel just for one night back in Paris because we had to fly back to the states after visiting Italy. It was a great price, Good amenities, and buffet very convenient for an early breakfast and departure to the airport. We definitely would return for future a stay, convenient to walk to the Eiffel Tower area, restaurants, and shops nearby."
