"Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. We drove to Mont St.Michel, Bayeux etc from here. You really do need a vehicle to get around. A few restaurants are 10 mins or so away in the local village. "Our stay was better than we could have hoped for. The place is in a beautiful quiet setting outside of town. The facility and staff were amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna did not have time to get a massage but I’m sure it would have been great. We ate dinner there both nights and it was great! The room was great with a large shower/bathroom and lots of space! I can’t say enough how great the staff was and I would without a doubt recommend it to anyone."

"Amazing place! So glad we chose to stay here away from the towns. We were still really close to Caen, Bayeux, and the WWII sites and even Mont St Michel! since we rented a car. They also upgraded our room to the deluxe! It was very spacious with amazing views from both windows. Highly recommend everyone to consider this hotel during their stay in Normandy. Oh and they also have like 5 kitties that stay at the place that are very friendly! Definitely a bonus for this cat lover 😅"

"This is the place to stay if you're going to Omaha Beach/American cemetery/Overlord museum and you're driving your own car/rental car. It is amazingly located near all the things in the area you'll want to see and they have free parking. "The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. "Overall a good stay in a good location. My wife has mobility problems and we were unfortunately put into a first floor room needing her to walk up the spiral staircase which was rather slippery. The rooms are bijou and compact but OK for mostly just sleeping and showering in. The bed in 108 needs a new mattress! One of the main reasons for us booking here was the onsite EV charging which worked on our first night but then was out of order for the remainder of our 5 nights so we had to hunt down...

"great stay for a nice price. clean room, friendly staff. if you don't have a car it's a bit far from downtown bayeux. but if you're comfortable walking or cycling, it's fine. i actually walked from/to the main train station with a backpack and enjoyed the scenery. also glad i added the breakfast option when i ckecked-in. worked out nice to fuel up in the mornings before long cycling trips."

"This was just the property I was hoping for when booking a trip with my daughter to the historic beaches of Normandy. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Relaxing Homebase for D-Day Sites & So Much More!

"My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manoir de Conjon. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed a generous breakfast of eggs, breads, jams, cheeses, meats, yogurt, and fruits while chatting with other jovial guests, our delightful hostess Isabelle, and the two sweet kitties of the house. This was a wonderful location to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect for us. We rented a car in Paris, stopped in Giverny to visit Monet's farmhouse and gardens then made the easy drive the rest of the way to Crouay. We would have loved to stop in Rouen along the way but we didnt' have enough time this trip. We spent an entire day exploring and learning at the D-Day sites all along the coast, such as the Artificial Harbor at Arromanches, the Longue sur Mer gun battery, Pointe du Hoc Ranger Monument, the WWII American Cemetery, the WWII German Cemetery, and several memorials along Omaha Beach. Bayeux is just 12ish minutes away from Manoir du Conjon and this city is a beautiful location for exploring and having dinner. We also visited Mont St Michel and the Bayeux Tapestry. I would have very much enjoyed some of the Calvados and Cider tastings offered around Normandy but that too is for another trip. We will definitely be staying at Manoir de Conjon when we return!"
