"A wonderful 2-night getaway birthday weekend! Everything was first rate: friendly staff, the warmest of welcomes, Great spa treatments, excellent pool, sauna and steam bath, clean and comfortable room, and excellent meals! Gorgeous location right on Loch Fyne, and superb weather. Couldn't have been better!"

"Very tired, first room looked onto alley way , window was filthy bird droppings been there a while, window frame wood rotted away.Changed room no problem better.Every where needing a bit of paint, everywhere chipped, windows especially chipped, grouting in bathroom filthy,sad to see as it was a lovely hotel "

"I stayed two nights at The Whisky Vaults, Friday and Saturday. I checked in a bit late (20:30) and was easily accommodated with my room key and information. There was a grab-and-go breakfast bag left outside my door each morning filled with yogurt, water, pastry, cereal bar, and fresh fruit. My room had an electric kettle, tea, coffees, and hot chocolate as well as shampoo, shower gel, and a small bar soap. Everything was clean and cozy. Being near to the beer garden, it was a bit noisy in the evenings but that is to be expected. It was a lively fun atmosphere with live music and wonderful staff. "

"The staff on arrival were amazing. There was no space in the car park and one of staff moved their vehicle so we had a place to park. The check in process was seamless and all staff were ready to help us if needed. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and served by enthusiastic staff. Checking out, we were very disappointed that we did not have more nights here as we felt it was one of the highlights of the road trip around the Highlands. Definately one place to return to and recommend to friends."
