"We enjoyed our quick stay at Comfort Inn Blacksburg. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast was tasty! The shower pressure was better than my shower at home! Some of the best biscuits and gravy I’ve had! Did not use the gym, but the gym seems well stocked for a hotel!"

"On his way to the area, my husband hit a deer which damaged his vehicle, making it necessary for him to return home. Although he had made his reservation a nonrefundable one, I believe an accident should have made the management more considerate of the situation, and allowed a refund. They didn't, making my husband's accident all the more expensive for us and more troubling for my husband. Not being kinder makes us feel negatively towards this establishment, which will now lose years of business, as my hubby often goes down to play golf in the area."

"The bathroom shower did not have shampoo or soap in the dispensers and there’s dirt around the floor the edges The hallway and the stairwell going down was filthy The downstairs bathroom and the lobby was filthy and unrepaired drywall, and the trashcan overflowing Overall, a nice hotel but it’s not being maintained and slowly going downhill The staff was really nice to deal with, and the bids were comfortable Just need to do a better job of cleaning and maintaining"
