"Wonderful front desk staff who spring to action to help and the housekeeping staff are also great! Our room looked newly renovated and was sound proofed except for someone clunking around over head. There is construction across the street but that doesn’t disturb night time sleep. We didn’t pay for the hotel buffet but went across the street for breakfast. Laundry service was timely."

"The service in main restaurant was challenging for breakfast. Waiting 30 min for a tea or anyone to take our order was not great, the coffee came out in 5 min. There were also events in the hotel which caused restrictions- I think we probably should have been told ahead of time."

"We went in June, unfortunately the window views from the breakfast area were blocked as they were renovating. But if you eat at the rooftop restaurant it is amazing view overlooking the lake area. The room we chose was a bigger room with separate bedroom and one added bed in the sitting area for our family of three. It was spacious enough to relax. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the location and convenience near shopping and business area. Lots of restaurant options within walking...

Great stay

"Check-in was brilliant, we arrived late morning and asked to drop our bags off so we could explore the city but the very kind gentleman, David, told us there was a room ready and we could check in early (for no extra fee). As a first timer in Geneva he got us a map and told us the best places to go and how to get there and if public transport was needed which was the best to get. There was a deposit taken of just over 100CHF but this was refunded promptly after check-out. The hotel is right next to the main station, and a 7 minute walk from Lake Geneva. The room was a good size with nice large windows. The TV had multiple channels from multiple countries around the world. "
