Pretty run down

Pretty old property. Staff was very friendly. We never had anyone clean our room so we just set our trash outside the room. It was there for days. Basically a motel 6!

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Gostamos demais da nossa estadia!

Pousada muito bem localizada com excelente custo benefício. Quartos simples, limpos e funcionais (com tv, ar condicionado, frigobar e serviço de arrumação diário). Localizado em frente à praia com vários comércios e restaurantes pertos. Oferecem serviço de praia com sombrinhas, cadeiras e toalhas. Café da manhã simples, mas, sempre gostoso e com alimentos fresquinhos. Todos os funcionários são excelentes (do rapaz que fica montando as sobrinhas na praia aos funcionários que ficam no café da manhã). Somente a recepcionista que fica no turno da manhã que deixa a desejar (ficamos 07 dias hospedados e foram 07 dias de cara fechada e com atendimento com “ar de má vontade”, como se estivesse nos oferecendo algum serviço gratuito). Vale ressaltar que os recepcionistas do turno da noite são excelentes (um rapaz e uma moça que ficam juntos). Tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado que resolveram em menos de 05 minutos!

Gostei bastante do hotel/pousada Fiquei no apto 13 de vista pro mar, entrada bem controlada. Limpeza muito eficiente Funcionarios da recepcao todos atenciosos. Um unico A que tive ( e a acomodacao nao teve culpa/ tentaram prontamente resolver) Ao serem comunicados os funcionarios se dirigiram imediatamente ao predio para solucionar o incomodo com outros hospedes.

Decepcionante

Reservamos um quarto na pousada, chegamos e o quarto estava ocupado, nos colocaram no hotel em um quarto lateral nos fundos de frente para outro prédio, motivo pelo qual, em pleno dia, tinha que ficar as cortinas fechadas, por total falta de privacidade. A chave da porta estava quase quebrando, entrava no quarto e tinha cheiro de barata, banheiro com luz fraca e cheirando mal. Pontos positivos, localização, estacionamento, cadeiras e guarda-sol. Ficamos imaginando como seria a pousada, já que nos deram um quarto no hotel e foi péssimo.

A pousada tem uma ótima estrutura. Tudo extremamente limpo, atendentes cordiais e prestativos. Precisei de cobertor extra, prontamente me atenderam. A localização é sensacional, pertinho de vários locais legais, barzinhos, restaurantes...e a praia na frente. Amei a experiência e voltarei mais vezes com certeza.
