We really enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t as central to everything but still in a walkable distance. Mattress was comfortable. Room & bathroom were spotless clean. I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, a walkable distance to all of Florence's historic buildings. Thr staff were friendly. However the breakfast was a voucher to local cafe and you get much got it . More could be offered in return for the voucher and get better value for the cost of the room

Goid stay. Easy parking and room access. Only let fiwn was that the pool closed at 6pm in the middle of summer. That was the main readon we went to this motel. Breakfast goid. Beds comfortable.

Cute room with all we needed since we would not be in it very much, as we were on outings all day. The partner who provided breakfast closed down, so the accommodation waived our city taxes to help make up for it, which was kind. We were in walking distance of all our excursions in Rome and right next to the metro we took to Vatican City. A perfect central location right in the heart of it all.

Property was in a great location close to Duomo and other museums and attractions and had plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Easy to get in and out of property once you get the keys and there was also a lift to help with getting luggage up to the room. The only negatives for us were the AC was not working well so it was quite warm during our stay there and the shower was quite tight. Other than that, the place was great.

Great location. Nice staff. Good breakfast included in cafe around the corner. Extremely small room. Extremely small! Very small shower that drained very slowly. Clean and pressed sheets though a stain here and there. Nearly $900.00 for 3 nights is definitely overpriced

The property was in a great location, it was very convenient to the train station and just a 2 minute walk to the Duomo. We did not have to use a taxi once during our 4 day sty in florence. There were many great restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately neither the wifi or air conditioning worked which was a major part of why we selected this location for our stay so that was very disappointing. The host/ staff was unresponsive to our inquiries about the AC. Also unfortunately we were not given good directions for the breakfast location so we were not able to take advantage of it until our second morning.

The property is not a hotel, but a bed and breakfast place. It is conveniently located near the Centrale train station and Duomo, and my family enjoyed walking around the area. The bedding was a bit below my expectation as it gave me backache. The worst part was the strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. The property manager should look into resolving that issue. The smell was unbearable. I liked 4 keys of security to get to the room though. If the smell issue is resolved, I'd recommend the place for the lower price than the nearby hotels.

Péssimo.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência!.. Na chegada, não havia ninguém para nos recepcionar, nem deixaram número de telefone disponível para contato. Tivemos que pegar o telefone do proprietário com um vizinho. Logo em seguida tivemos a surpresa de que eles não ofereceriam o café da manhã, porque o serviço de bar estava indisponivel. Por fim, no segundo dia a Internet parou de funcionar, mandamos memsagem pelo WhatsApp para tentar uma solução, e o proprietário nunca nem respondeu a mensagem, nem a internet voltou a funcionar. Péssimo anfitrião e pessima experiência. De verdade não recomendo a ninguém!

Fuertes olores a cloacas

Si quieres pasar la noche entera o el dia entero oliendo a alcantarilla, éste es el lugar ideal, la ubicación maravillosa, lindo departamento pero un olor insoportable que sale desde el baño a toda la habitación e incluso al pasillo del resto de las habitaciones, reportamos al dueño de la propiedad el fuerte olor pero mis correos fueron ignorados, por otro lado, solicité la clave de Wifi y ni el joven que nos recibió ni el propietario nos dieron acceso a la red si es que la hubiese, igualmente mis correos electrónicos fueron ignorados; pensábamos quedarnos mas noches por la ubicación pero salimos huyendo al otro día cuando la señora de la limpieza nos corrió de la propiedad porque ya habíamos pasado 15 min de la hora del checkout, muy mala atención a pesar de la mala noche que pasamos oliendo ese mugrero.

Struttura molto bella e pulita. La colazione non è all’interno del B&B ma hanno una convenzione con un bar li affianco e comprende un caffè/cappuccino un cornetto una bevanda. Nonostante non fosse specificato da nessuna parte, e di conseguenza ci aspettassimo fosse all’interno della struttura con più opzioni tra chi scegliere, il personale del bar è gentilissimo.
