"Clean room had all the updated electronic hooks ups, bed was comfortable except for the pillows which were like sleeping on sand bags, bathroom was clean but the celing was caving in and had a good sized crack that has been ignored by staff for many months. "I stay here frequently because of the 24 hour shuttle. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, I was looking forward to using the pool and it was dirty. The bottom had large swaths of algae. Also, the coffee supplied in the room is not only bad, it is nasty. The only coffee available otherwise is only available at breakfast. "

I made a mistake on my booking & couldn't resolve it online but call the hotel Directly & they handled it for me with no problems then when I arrived they knew who I was by the late arrival & name without me saying anything.
