Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo hotel per tre notti. L'edificio è situato in un'ottima zona, pulita e tranquilla. La camera quadrupla era abbastanza ampia e con un bel bagno spazioso. Cet hôtel n'a de royal que le nom ! Fuyez !
Personnel absolument pas sympathique (préfère jouer au Solitaire), petit déjeuner de qualité inférieur à n'importe quel hôtel discount en France. Agencement de la chambre inadmissible (accessibilité aux toilettes). Propreté de la cour: plein de mégots durant tout le séjour à même le sol et des palettes et un Poclain en guise de décoration. Cet hôtel a clairement besoin d'un rafraîchissement ! Un conseil, fuyez !!

Rude and condescending staff!
We chose the hotel for the location - walk distance to Santa Maria del Fiore - and the swimmingpool. However, we were very surprised by the additional fees for almost everthing: parking, access to the pool, wifi etc. - read carefully before booking! In addition, the staff at the reception was very rude and condescending, even a bit hostile, making you feel uncomfortable right from the start. Not how you want your vacation to start. We will definitely not come back.
