I booked 2 nights at hotel. 1st night okay 2nd day went back to hotel to find it had been closed by Court Order due to fire regulations The Local Police and Fire Brigade enforcement Officers were in attendance

La peor experiencia / THE WORST EXPERIENCE
Pésimo servicio, carísima la tarifa para la calidad del hotel. Hotels.com dijo que me iban a cobrar !5 Euros y cobraron 60.00 La recepción pésima, mal trato, apresurando a pagar y no hablan Inglés ni Español ni portugues, que son los idiomas que hablo. El baño de la habitación con olor a drenaje. la ducha fallando mucho de salir muy caliente bajaba a muy fría En la ficha de Hotels.com decía que había caja fuerte y secador de pelo y no había nada de eso. El desayuno caro y solo dan pan, jugos y café, de lo peor. La ubicación muy mal, lejos de todo y los taxis muy caros para llevarte a la estación del tren. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA Terrible service, very expensive rate for the quality of the hotel. Hotels.com said they were going to charge me !5 Euros and charged 60.00 The reception lousy, bad treatment, rushing to pay and they do not speak English or Spanish or Portuguese, which are the languages I speak. The bathroom of the room with the smell of drainage. the shower failing a lot to come out very hot went down to very cold On the Hotels.com it said that there was a safe and a hairdryer and there was none of that. The breakfast is expensive and only give bread, juices and coffee, the worst. The location is very bad, away from everything and the very expensive taxis to take you to the train station. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

I didn’t stayed in that hotel because they decided go cancel my reservation. Please if you have charged me I need my money back because I left. The owner cancel my reservation because I arrived at 12 midnight, this is the first time this happens to me and I’ve been using expedia for 16 years

Terrible and Arrogant threatened! Not recommended!
Very arrogant staff and not gentle to welcome us. My wife booked in this hotel real because they confirmed and given the confirmation number. We went in that hotel to rest for nothing and more than 5 kms away we take the bus from center, and only they said we have no room for that price I booked and they cancelled, because they said the price of their hotel is up, less than €200 then we leaved! After then one staff try to turn back us in hotel but were upset and angry for there arrogant treating us.

Hotel che scelgo per il braso prezzo ma... questa volta ho trovato la finestra semibloccata e ho dovuto insistere parecchio per aprirla e chiudere i doppi vetri. Tapparella bloccata a metà. Luci bagno fulminate come anche una luce laterale del letto. Lenzuola pulite. Check in cortese ma eccessivamente inopportuno chiamandomi “ tesoro” o amore”

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dass merkt man am Zustand des Hotels. Nur ein kleiner Ventilator im Zimmer, es war viel zu heiss. Der Lärm von aussen hielt sich in Grenzen. Badezimmer i.O., Bett nicht gut. Wände dreckig. Ziemlich viele Mücken. Getränkeautomat vorhanden und kleine Bar, wo man allerdings nur Kaffe erhält. Mein Fazit: Für 15 Euro pro Person und Nacht, darf man nichts besseres erwarten. Für längeren Aufenrhalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Firstly they double charged me pretending they could not find my reservation. Then they were rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, not seat in the toilet, no A/C nothing at all. Terrible experience i wish you would drop this location. Never again for me.

Hôtel sans prétention avec quelques atouts.
Hôtel très bien placé, à côté du tram qui va de l'aéroport au centre ville (gare centrale). Chambre grande, lit correct, mais les fenêtres sont vétustes et les volets ne ferment pas. Douche très petite et pas du tout pratique. Le prix est vraiment faible (200 € pour 7 nuits avec parking gratuit), on ne peut pas tout avoir. Le personnel est agréable.
