Clean and cosy, good location

Very polite and friendly staff, hotel was clean and cosy. Good choice for breakfast and even a possibility to use a pancake machine that our children adored! The location was perfect, hotel is in a quiet place but still within 10-15 min walking distance from the very center /or the train station.

Short visit

Friendly multilingual staff, nice breakfast with a cute little courtyard view from the breakfast area. The mattresses were too soft. Decent location in what felt like a safe area though probably wise to not walk from train station late at night. But a overall good experience, not luxurious but a clean place and helpful staff, so would recommend.

Very convenient and comfortable.

Nice hotel within easy access to all of Florence's attractions. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that we had clicked off 'Parking' and it was listed as available which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. Did not realize until arrival that 'available' didn't necessarily mean included or on-site. It was reasonably priced (15 Euro/24hr) but about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The room’s furniture was dusty, they cleaned the bathroom but did not change towels, did not put soaps & shampoo and did not wash the used cups also did not put tea bags or sugar. When we asked for that they said there was no room service at night

We had no air conditioning. We checked in at 7:30pm and waited till 10:40 pm for the room to cool down but realized Air conditioning wasn’t working. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk person. He said he can’t do anything about it as it was late. We had a terrible night sleeping. I want my money to be returned.

Hotel war ok, ist etwas abgelegen. In der nähe kaum Restaurants oder Märkte. Vom Frühstück muss man nicht viel erwarten. Zimmer sehr klein, Bad noch kleiner. Das einzige posetive war das man an der Rezeption für einpaar Euros sehr kalte Getränke kaufen konnte für das Zimmer.

Odanın banyosu biraz bakımsız idi, kapısı kabarmış, kapanmıyordu. Yorgan yerine battaniye vardı ve çok iyi durumda değildi. Ayrıca hijyen açısından battaniye çok iyi değil bence. Kahvaltıda hep hamur işi yiyecekler vardı. Sebze, zeytin vs yoktu. 35 Euro otopark ücreti ödedik. Sistemde en fazla 30 Euro yazıyordu
