Great stay, great communication, and location

Wonderful stay in great part of city and Blocks from train station. Staff were very communicative before and during travel. Ease and use were incredible. Would highly reccomend this to others looking for quality accommodations and staff interactions while in Florence. Lots of food, gelato, and other shopping very close. Quite immersive and wonderful.

Amazing location, almost in front of train station. A few blocks away from all the tourist area. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was clean. Area is not the best but is all worth your $. We felt safe at all times and customer service was great

We love our stay at B&B Marbo Florence hotel!

We loved our stay in this hotel! The owners were really nice and welcoming. Walking distance from the Firenze Train Station and several of the main attractions like the Piazza del Duomo. Quiet neighborhood. The room was very spacious, clean, and had comfy beds.

The staff were very helpful both before our stay and during our stay. The property was very useful for access to the station and only a short walk to all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy. Our gluten free needs were met at breakfast.

Property was close to the train station and most of Florence was a 10-20 minute walk, which was great. Our shower could have used some extra cleaning, but we appreciated that our children were able to have separate beds and the room was very large.

Comfortable

Was a goof location even though the tram was right outside the window when you closed them the room was quiet. What wasn’t quite was the people in the next room who came back late. Could hear them unzipping their suit case and having a shower. But I slept well.

Liked the closeness to train station. The area is also quiet and safe. However, the lift is too small and tight and a hassle to use. There is a step down to the bathroom and need to be careful at night. Suggest to add a reflection tape or light on the floor. Otherwise, all good and pleasing!

Area around the hotel/B&B does not feel safe. Homeless people. The building entrance is not welcoming. The door to the room is not very sturdy/heavy so do not feel secure inside suite. It is also not very sound-proof. Washroom is dated and requires renovation.
