"The service we received was very good. From the start at the front desk to when we left. My only suggestion would be to have bigger sized bathrobes for men. Unfortunately, the last two days out of the three days we were there, the steam room was not working, so was quite looking forward to using it. But these things happen. Maybe in the weights area suggesting heavier weight than 37.5kg maybe up to 50kg as per normal gyms. "

"We had the luxury room and it was really spacious! Amazing value for the price. Areas of improvement are the length of time it took to get the room refreshed. If you are staying over then the rooms are done last. The amenities are also nailed to the wall in the shower so they are difficult to use in the bath. Reception gave me some spares. The pool area can get quite busy. (It’s more family swim vibes than a very relaxing spa). That is probably dependant on time and day of the week. For the price it’s an excellent hotel and I really recommend. "

"The hotel was amazing and friendly staff. Our room was absolutely beautiful and big. We enjoyed all amenities and the happy hour on the hall area with lovely Christmas decorations. Great location in 2 minutes walking from the beautiful high street. Highly recommend for a break"
