"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the breakfast options, which included cereal, yogurt, bakery items, waffles, coffee, and both apple and orange juice. "The hotel is really clean and quiet. I really expected it to be noisy because it's near the airport, but I rarely hear planes taking off. I needed to photocopy my papers and the staff did it for free. That's costumer service!!!! I would return to this hotel again if I ever go back to Anchorage."

During my second stay the room did not have as many electricity outlets as the first room, nor were they conveniently located. "We have stayed here a few times for hockey tournaments and I usually love this hotel. In this last stay, I called before booking with my arrival time to verify the airport shuttle and was told it would be no problem since it is 24 hours. When I landed and called, I was made to feel like it was a huge inconvenience to send the shuttle and had to wait 45 minutes. We will probably stay here again for tournaments, but I cannot recommend it to others who would be flying. "
