"Awesome location if downtown is where you want to be. Everything is close by. We were there for the North Pole Experience and it’s about a 9 min drive. It’s a plus that you not only get breakfast but they also serve free drinks and heavy snacks in the afternoon. We enjoyed our stay. "

"There is a beautiful large fireplace in the great room! There is a beautifully welcoming fire burning in the fire place and people relaxing in the comfy seats around there. Also, Great, hot coffee, tea and hot cocoa packets to welcome you in from the crisp cold early winter night! Very nice staff! Always. "

"Good budget hotel with breakfast, pool and hot tub close to stores, restaurants and interstate freeways. Hot tub is configured incorrectly and jets shoot straight up instead of sideways so uncomfortable to sit. Breakfast is cheap powdered eggs, stale baked goods and things run out but don’t get refilled. Got cookies once late afternoon but not always available. A/C and heat worked well in room, shower handle was temperamental and beds were comfy with lots of pillows. Overall happy with our...

"It was very hard to get pool towels. Both times we went swimming we had to ask for towels. The lady brought very few each time. Other than that the place is great "

"The completed renovations look great, the beds are still comfy, the sauna and hot tub were enjoyable. The guest laundry is east to access and affordable. The staff were not as friendly or helpful as when we have visited in the past, especially during the check in process. The check out process was convenient and flexible. The lobby coffee is excellent!! "
