"We stayed at the Park house 150m from the hotel. This was a house with a corridor of entrances to each room. The bad: The room was very dated and felt more like a low cost camping cottage. Room was not that clean, plenty of dust under bed, dust and spider web in bathroom etc. Entrance to the house was full of spider web on the wall and should be cleaned up.
