WE knew the area was outside the downtown core and that we'd need to Uber in but it's only 10 mins to Printers Alley and a short walk to the strip so it was fine for us. We rated location as less desirable so other traveller would not expect to be able to walk to a nice cafe for example - the area is not conducive to that.
