Paid parking is available right next to the hotel which is very convenient, but it's a walk of around 6-8 blocks to get to a point in downtown Omaha with restaurants. I was woken up a couple of times by train horns, even though the train line is a fair way away from the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but is something to be aware of. "I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean. They do have a nice area where they serve breakfast & they had a nice variety of different foods"

"The hotel is conveniently located and not too far from the downtown and the Old Market area. Old Market is a nice walkable area with lots of shops and places to eat. The hotel room, was more of a suite than a room and very clean. There's a stove,oven, microwave and a refrigerator in the room and the bed was very comfortable. "I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at Hotel Deco in Omaha, NE, staying in the Executive King Suite, and it was exceptional. The hotel's Art Deco design is stunning, blending modern luxury with timeless elegance. My suite was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a spacious seating area, marble conference table, and whimsical "Alice in Wonderland"-inspired art. Thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine and a 55-inch HD TV added convenience. The staff went above and beyond, especially the valet team, who handled my car with care and made parking effortless. They were quick to retrieve my car when I called, ensuring a seamless experience. The hotel’s location in downtown Omaha was perfect—walkable and close to attractions like the Old Market and Orpheum Theater. I loved the safe, quiet atmosphere, and on-site dining at the Monarch Restaurant offered excellent food and drinks.
