"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, has great views of the rest of the island at sunset, and the breakfast buffet had an array of food options to choose from. We didn’t have time to try the pool out as we were out & about most of the time so I can’t review it. I do want to acknowledge that receptionists were very helpful. Yonida was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations, as well as booking our transfers/taxis. Her ability to speak multiple languages was impressive (English & Spanish among others). Thank you for making our stay enjoyable & memorable. "

"This hotel was unbelievable! Don’t hesitate! We didn’t want to leave! We had villa breve and wow absolutely stunning! We had our own rooftop with Panoramic views of the caldera and water. Staff was amazing! We cancelled plans just to sit and enjoy the room with the view! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for the staff! "
