"Generally the hotel was spotless, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Only 3 downsides. Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. Buses are few and far between and taxis don't exist in Villers and there isn't much around the hotel. Thirdly, the stairs from the underground car park come up outside the hotel. Got soaked. "Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...
