"Good value for money. Clean but basic room"

"Updated older property. We rented one of their larger rooms and were surprised that our room did not have AC however other rooms in the hotel did have AC. Shower was nice and had a large jet tub however we did not have time to use it. The breakfasts that we had at the hotel were fine with plenty to eat at buffet style breakfast."

"A nice hotel, quiet rooms with plenty of space, bit disappointed we had to ask at the end of the day why our room hadn’t been serviced when we came back from a days walking, just to have more milk, coffee etc. breakfast and bar staff excellent would definitely recommend a stay as the position of the hotel is fabulous "

"Had a pleasant 2 night stay here. Room is a bit dated, but pretty big. I wished the glass slider door had a screen slider. We had the door open to get some air and a cat came in the room! A screen would allow air to circulate, but keep out critters. Great location! "

"The room we stayed in would benefit with a fan because the room got very hot in the evening. Fly screens would also be a nice improvement to keep the bugs out whilst trying to cool the room down with the cooler evening air. "

"Excellent location. No A/C for the private units and when the West sun beams into the room, it gets uncomfortably hot. This is only an issue in the heat of summer, of course. Also, people running on the wooden porch outside is heard (loudly) in the rooms."
