"Room was good but hotel is not well sign posted and there is another comfort hotel that is sign posted well.... don't follow the hotel signs.... this is a needless drama at 11pm at night. "

Food options were limited, especially for dinner and the service ended at 9pm, which didn’t work when we were out on a husky adventure and missed out. BUT, the husky adventure was AMAZING! "Charming hotel with great food. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The location is just right for shopping, exploring and local adventures. The staff was quite friendly although somewhat stand- offish at other times. "

"The hotel is modern and impeccably clean and comfortable, with beds and blankets that are so hard to get out of. There’s a self check in and out function without any staff around, but there’s a host office right beside these machines and the staff are always very helpful. The dining area is cosy without crowds, providing a microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee, all for occupants’ use anytime. The staff even wash these items for us so we could just help ourselves to what we need, so even though the room had no kitchen amenities, having a fully equipped one right downstairs made the stay feel like home. The hotel is a little off the city centre but is just above a metro station and has many tram and bus numbers to get to the city in 10 minutes. It’s also walkable, around 20-30 minutes depending on which part of the centre. We were very happy with our stay!"
