The staff welcomed me and treated me as family! My flight was so delayed I arrived in the middle if the night and they welcomed me with care. The next day, I needed a space to work before going to the sirport and again, they accommodated me in giving me access to a space where I could work in a quiet environment. I highly recommend this lovely hotel which is also extremely convenient just 2 blocks away from the tube and busses.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Byron Hotel. We found the hotel well located - walking distance to certain sights and close to 2 tube stations so it was easy to get around. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was helpful. While the breakfast wasn’t my cup of tea there were quite a few options and my husband enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

Very nice property. It’s in a quiet locations but also has convenient transportation options. We would have loved to use the pool but it closes at 8pm. After our excursions, we got back around 9pm, so we couldn’t use it. Other than that, I would recommend it.

"Executive suite, with two bedrooms is perfect airport hotel accommodation for a family. The rooms have good sound proofing, and the beds are comfortable. Best thing about the hotel is the transport connection to the airport; the travel pods are incredibly convenient."
