"Hotellet har stort potentiale, og ligger super i forhold til ski området. Dog har de en del begyndervanskeligheder. Beskrivelsen af værelset var ikke i orden. Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, det fik vi også, men foran var parkeringspladsen. Vi havde bla. valgt hotellet da de havde el ladestandere. Da vi ankom kunne de ikke sige om de virkede. Efter flere forsøg og forespørgelser viser det sig, at de 4 standere ikke virkede. Der var kun få andre muligheder i byen. Personalet i receptionen var ikke...

"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....
