"The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. The kindness shown to us by Dina during this time was invaluable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and that really helped ease a stressful situation. "Preis / Leistung hat für uns gepasst. Schade gab es keinen Kühlschrank auf unserem Zimmer, bräuchte es eigentlich wenn Durchschnittstemparaturen von über 30 Grad sind 😉 Ein Whirlpool / Sauna wäre auch vorhanden gewesen, aber leider auch nur mit Aufpreis!"

"Ho apprezzato molto la stanza pulita e i letti molto comodi. C'erano anche molti asciugamani grandi e morbidi. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la colazione, è vero che novembre è un periodo morto ma forse dovrebbero fare più attenzione. In sala non c'era nessuno e i tavoli erano sporchi da pulire da un po'. Il secondo giorno poi era finito praticamente tutto alla macchinetta e usciva solamente acqua. Credo basterebbe anche con meno proposte starci un po' dietro. Per il resto mi sono trovato bene"

"It is conveniently situated with good acces by bus or metro mare with some excellent restaurants a few meters away. The room was large with nice space but needs an upgrade for bathroom facilities. Also the resto service was not always available "

"Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay"

"It’s a decent place and I suppose you get what you pay for staff for really friendly came back late and wasn’t sure how to get back in as the there’s no key for the front door I didn’t realise you had to press the buzzer no sign and it was a little dark down there but apart from that the room was decent and staff were really nice and friendly "

"Struttura datata, pulizia davvero scarsa, c'erano le ciabatte da camera ma in bagno non c'erano i prodotti da doccia. Buona la colazione. Ottima la posizione, vicino a parcheggi gratuiti anche in alta stagione. La reception chiude alle 2 di notte, per cui non si può rientrare dopo tale ora. Nella descrizione della camera al momento della prenotazione era indicato "vista mare", ma la mia camera non lo era."
