Lindo hotel, Mala experiencia.

El riad Hala está muy bien, lastima que el dia que llegamos nos dijeron que habia un problema con nuestra habitacion y nos cambiaron de hotel, a uno que no tenia calefaccion, ni baño dentro de la habitacion, y la misma ni se acercaba a la calidad y las comodidades de la que habiamos reservado.

A nice, but old riad.

I appreciate the opportunity to stay in a riad, a traditional Moroccan house. But I wouldn't say it was comfortable.

Très facile d accès car près d une des grandes portes.Je tiens à remercier le personnel qui s occupe du ménage et des petits dejeuners:attentifs à nos besoins, diponibles et discrets.Les chambres sont très bien entretenues.Je remercie également la personne qui nous a accueilli.D un très grand profesionnalisme, il a su nous orienter, nous conseiller afin que notre séjour se passe dans des conditions parfaites.Je recommande vivement ce riad.

Bruttissima esperienza!

Bruttissima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato la camera 1 con vista sul cortile interno, ma quando siamo arrivati al riad prima ci hanno detto che la nostra camera non era disponibile per un guasto al bagno proponendoci quindi di andare in un'altra struttura. Abbiamo quindi intrapreso un trasferimento, con bagagli, a piedi nella medina di Fes per giungere al riad da loro proposto e scoprire che la struttura era decisamente inadeguata. Ritornati dunque al Riad, solo dopo accorata insistenza abbiamo ottenuto una camera di ripiego con una piccola finestra che si apriva su un cavedio, al terzo piano e con soffitti bassissimi.

予約をしていたのに別の建物へ振り替えられました。振り替えられた先は部屋に鍵をかけるどころか扉を完全に閉めることすらできない部屋でした。スタッフの応対だけは良かったです。

ダブルブッキングと言われ、次には、予約入っていないと言われ、たらい回し。最後には嘲笑い。結局宿泊できず、近くのリアドに泊まった。今までで最低のホテル、利用しないべきです。

Great location, all the rest is average.

Upon arrival, very nice staff told us the room had 'a problem' (supposedly in the bathroom) and that they'd send us to another riad for the night. The place they sent us was not great (shower on the wc type of budget place - nothing major but not an improvement). They picked us up the following morning at 10am to go back to the original riad. Here we were told the room wasn't ready as they were cleaning it from the night before (??)... We waited for about 1 hour at the constant 'it'll be ready in one minute'. They finally give us room 2. All great, we left everything and went sightseeing. After an exhausting first day, we arrive to the room in the evening and our things are not there anymore! They moved us to a room in the third floor, ceilings in the bathroom so low that it was hard to go about without hitting your head. They apologised and all - Moroccans are quite lovely people, but would try something less dodgy next time, there are plenty for about the same price.

Great Riad - Morrocan vibe

Great place in the heart of the REAL Fez. The staff is great and always ready to help. The room is simple, not luxury, but very clean with everything we needed. Would love to come back someday.

Hicimos una reserva en este riad con 4 meses de antelación a nuestra llegada y cuando llegamos no dicen que esta todo completo y que no encuentran nuestra reserva. Nos recolocan la primera noche en un hotel sin baño en la habitación y encima para ir al servicio tenías q bajar 3 pisos. Nos dicen q a la mañana siguiente vayamos a desayunar al riad Hala y cuando llegamos no saben nada de nuestro desayuno... y para más inri en el sitio donde nos recolocan nos dicen q la segunda noche que pasaremos en Fez está ocupado también. Tenemos q volver al riad Hala contarles la historia y nos recolocan en un nuevo lugar. Todo ello sin disculparse, llevándonos a hoteles de peor categoría y sin ninguna explicación. Un desastre!

L'aspect global de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. La chambre et la salle à manger était très jolie, typique à souhait. Le personnet très gentil. Bon petit déj. Matelas à changer. La terrasse offre une très belle vue de la ville. On recommande chaudement. Le paiement de la chambre doit étre en espèce.

Suis arrivé Riad Hala souci de chambre ?? avec sois disant problème robinetterie transfert autre établissement pas à coté donc pas très content pour moi ,autre Riad correct dans la médina ,grande chambre sympas un peu de bruit tard dans le patio au dessus mais accueil et service correct juste premier matin pas eau chaude douche , j'ai changé hôtel pour cela résa inter hôtels et en plus fête de l'aïd ( vendredi ) dans médina fermé donc suis parti ville nouvelle pour fin de séjour...!!!

Riad authentique idéalement situé

À 2 pas des principaux sites à visiter dans la vieille médina (Fès el-Bali), nous recommandons ce Riad simple mais authentique situé proche de Bab Boujeloud. Accueil très chaleureux du personnel. Hassan répond à toutes vos questions et peut vous aider à organiser votre journée d’excursions. Fatima prépare de délicieux petits déjeuners et son sourire / bonne humeur vous apporte le premier rayon de soleil du matin !

Un lugar apacible, con un acceso cercano a las murallas de la Medina y elegante. Sobre todo atendido por su director Abdul y un equipo de gente amable y dispuesta a ayudar. El patio central donde se desayuna refleja perfectamente la historia del edificio que data de 1364. Las habitaciones muy bien ambientadas y confortables. Organizan excursiones de las cuales aprovechamos dos, una dentro de la Medina asesorados para visitar las zonas más llamativas y otra una excursión de todo un día a la ciudad de Volubilis y Merknes con un guía muy amable y conversador. Nuevamente muchas gracias a Abdul y su equipo por los días que pasamos allí.

Sehr schönes Riad mitten in den Souks

Das Hotelteam ist sehr freundlich - nach einer netten Begrüßung mit Minztee bekamen wir einen sehr guten Überblick über die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt und eine Wegbeschreibung als grobe Orientierung. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick; vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang sehr empfehlenswert :) Unser Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, war sehr schön (traditionell) gestaltet und sauber. Alles in allem würden wir es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

とても素敵な雰囲気のゲストハウスで、メディナで買い物するのもとても便利でした！部屋も快適で、素敵なラウンジでの朝食は気持ちがよかったです！
