"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."

"We stayed there over two consecutive weekends. The hotel is close to Avenida Paulista. Everything worked. Their dfkinition of a Continental breakfast inlcuded a vairiety of fruits, cakes, and breads, in addition to eggs and an Egg / Tapioca station"

"Overall it was a very nice place, good quiet accommodation. Nice bed and amenities and very clean. Upon my departure, however, the employee said something strange. He said oh "you owe for a bag of cashews as we showed one of those was eaten". I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door. This means someone entered my hotel...

"Meu amigo e eu nos hospedamos por duas noites no apartamento 194 e adoramos, mesmo que ele seja mais antigo por dentro. A localização foi perfeita para nós. Apenas uma observação: o apartamento possui um cofre, mas ele estava trancado. Quando liguei para a recepção, fui informado de que os hóspedes não têm acesso ao cofre. "

"The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process...

"The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. "Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"Wow, what a stunning hotel! I loved the design of the property throughout. The pool area is lovely, the gym is top notch with great variety of the equipment and a few classes to choose from. Spa is small but nice and I had one of the best massages of my life , and I had many ;) I would totally recommend "
