"It was supposed to be a pay at hotel, they messaged a month before demanding that I pay via paypal. (sketchy but I trusted) They never mentioned it was a 5th floor with no elevator(had my mom that has trouble with so many stairs). It said it was a king size and 2 double beds, it was one queen size and 2 twin beds so wrong information all around. "The host was not clear on a meeting place for entry into the property and apartment. He originally had suggested at the property entrance then changed to a bar next to the property, but we didn’t have network access so the bar rendezvous did not reach us. When we finally did meet, he was very upset with us because he needed to be someplace else. Keep in mind, he did not contact us until 4 hours prior to our check-in time… very stressful."

"Location was really really nice in a residential area surrounded by typical Italian buildings. Loved it after the hectic old town. The apartment has only two rooms and that’s it. We were 5 of us. The kitchen is good, however the chairs are not so comfortable. Also there would be nice to have a seating area and not have the convertible small beds as beds all the time. Nevertheless it was a really nice place. Would recommend it. "

"😊 huge modern apartment. Full kitchen. Washer and DRYER. 10 minutes to train station. Great pub one street away 😒 €50 ‘cleaning fee’ collected in cash, so the listed room rate is artificially low. Annoying €10 charge if you use more than your ‘permitted’ linens and towels. Little interesting dining nearby. As with many of the managed properties, too many people involved in communication/checkin. I stay in hotels/rentals >300 nights/year"

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
