My family and I had an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and peaceful spot to relax. Whether we were exploring the area or just unwinding at the hotel, everything was awesome. We’ll definitely be back for another stay.

Very old and noisy as on a main highway and floors in rooms all creaked so upstairs tenant noise heard a lot. Tiny bathroom for suite for six people. The bathroom was overdue for a major makeover.

Overall great place to stay if you looking some beautiful views, and a comfy space that is dog friendly. The area around has nice waking trial up the river but other then that there is not much as it is a mining town.

Great base in Fernie! Friendly check In staff, they offer private hot tub reservations and free bikes to check out, which we took them up on! Lovely bike paths, the town is so cute with good cocktail bars, beer pubs & restaurants. Nice to return to our quiet, spacious room!

A wonderful place to rest and recover after a day of hiking and enjoying all of the outdoor fun that Fernie has to offer. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are tidy, clean, and simple with good functionability (praise wall hooks for hanging wet or damp gear from the rain!) I’ve long been eyeing this hotel and was not disappointed. Easily walkable to restaurants and other downtown amenities. A must stay!

The state of the room was in excellent condition. Had spent the night prior at a different hotel that had about 5 years worth of hair in the bathroom. Your hotel was immaculate. What a relief!

Was quite, comfortable, clean. Small parking area especially when there was 3-4 vehicles with the huge bike racks on the back sticking out. Otherwise was great place to stay.

This is our second time staying. Nicely appointed room, view of mountain, good service and location is convenient to Down Town and lovely riverside park and trail. Only downside IMO is road noise from HWY 3, which makes it difficult to leave the window open to gain fresh air.
