"I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". "Great overnight stay to enjoy the Monte Casino complex, have a great meal at one of the reataurants in the courtyard. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient for a one night stay. I would recommend it to travelers passing through the area,lots to do and see. Exiting the hotel on to the courtyard was convenient.
