"Good location with a great view from the room overlooking the square. Good apartment with everything we needed except an iron. Easy walk to sights and not noisy even though we were in the busy city centre. Two issues - I hate logging in self scanning passports taking a selfie etc and typing in dates of issues etc etc etc in the lobby. Fortunately, a member of staff was on hand to help. "Perfect location. Apartment was roomy and had everything you needed and very comfortable. Terrace was lovely. 4 mins to the Mezquita, and lots of restaurants bars shops etc on your doorstep. Very quiet and peaceful. Would return in a flash."

"Location, location. This apartment is the ideal place to stay for exploring beautiful Cordoba. Located next to the Mesquita, we could easily walk to all the sites, museums, monuments and plazas. We were surrounded by wonderful cafes, fine restaurants and shopping. Even more important as a visitor is the comfort, safety and cleanliness of the apartment. It is Extremely clean and updated, light and bright, good shower (plush towels) and firm mattress for good rest. You have a kitchen if desired...

"Very friendly welcome & efficient check in! My room was clean/tidy & the air conditioning worked very well & was much appreciated! Unfortunately the restaurant didn’t open until 8pm but I drove to Supermercado in the town where you can buy fresh cooked chicken etc! There was a bit of traffic noise overnight but generally we had a good overnight stop!"

"The service of La Ermita Suites, the only Monument Hotel in Cordoba, is so personalized, it was the owner, Javier, who welcomed us when we arrived. We were there 24-26 Oct but they’ve been in touch with us since July when we booked it. "Lady at reception when I arrived was helpful and polite and professional. Girl at reception when I checked out had poor English and was not very friendly. The Granier cafe adjoining the hotel has very long queues in the morning (20 people on the day of checking out) and service is extremely slow since there is only one girl serving. Cleaning staff were rather noisy from about 8am, which means it is difficult to get any sleep after that. "

"This was a beautiful hotel. The only negative is that there was no air conditioning in November so we had to keep our door open and the street noise was very loud. The hotel is pristine and the staff was incredible. I really don’t have anything negative to say except for the street noise."

"Check in was easy, reception staff were pleasant. The roof top area is wonderful and relaxing with great views and the roof top bar is open at weekends. In the reception area there is water with fresh lemon slices, which is lovely and refreshing- a nice touch. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

Beautiful building with views

"Amazing building in the perfect location - right in the main town plaza, straddling the downhill historical area, and the uphill shopping district. Plenty of restaurants and lively street life at your doorstep, but don’t worry, Córdoba doesn’t stay up late, so you should have no trouble sleeping, even if your room comes with a beautiful view onto the plaza."
