We stayed at NYX for two nights. We were there for my daughter to attend the Taylor Swift concert at Aviva. It is a beautiful, new and trendy hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable with a nice, small restaurant in the lobby and nice bar with plenty of comfortable seating. The lobby was also beautifully decorated for any and all Taylor Swift fans. Kelly, who helped get us some materials to make a poster, could not have been more pleasant and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Staff was helpful but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Found hair on the furniture and sheets on check-in and visible dust in various corners of the room. Housekeeping over the few days we stayed there did not improve the situation.. remain dusty as ever.
