"The location was nice. It was a bit colder than we would have figured and there was only a space heater. The bedroom could use more electric outlets. There was some neighboring construction going one that is going to make the area nicer than it already is. We enjoyed the area and the location overall "

"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "

"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "
