"The Moose was everything we expected it to be, and more. My daughter and I stayed for her med school interview and we both loved everything about the stay. Parking is very tight, like they note, its for small cars and you have to back out downhill when you leave. "The property has a nostalgic feel but still very modern appeal. It’s sexy and sweet, at the same time. The standard studio was well dressed, clean, polished and equipped with basics & extras. The floors are bare, raw material so you hear the steps and squeaks of guests and movement above you. Not terribly disruptive, but noticeable in a still room. The space is eclectic and quite gorgeous. I’d certainly stay again and recommend. "

"This hotel was fantastic. It was very clean and modern with a recent remodel. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is safely walkable to the FedEx Forum and other downtown locations. Free parking too which is unheard of downtown. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was great. Will definitely stay here again when I return to the Memphis area."

"Only problem was that the music was loud in the lobby till late and our door didn’t work so they changed our room which resulted in a room with 2 queens instead of the king bed we booked. Both are no biggie to me. Had a lovely time. "

"I wasn't thrilled about having to pay to park. They offer valet, but with everything going on in the world, I prefer not to have any strangers driving my vehicle. There was a garage across the street. The hotel was great though."

"Hotel was very clean... both the lobby and the room. Staff were very friendly and offered nice eatery suggestions. Easy walk to several areas attractions. The paid parking garage is adjacent to the hotel, but there isn't an inside connection, so you do have to walk outside a short distance. "

"Took my teenagers to an NBA game and decided to stay at Westin.. it says it’s a 5 minute walk to Fed Ex Forum but it is more like 30 seconds.. great surprise! Nice hotel but one of the elevators was having issues and caused a huge line to form and we were told the stairs only led to a second floor elevator.. and we were told there were stairs on the other side of the building but we weren’t allowed to use them…there was a lady standing at the stairs telling everyone to turn around wait on the...

"Room was well appointed and comfortable. Needed a good deep cleaning. It's obvious they only do a cursory cleaning between stays. Ate in the Lookout. Service was slow but that seems to be the norm for this restaurant. If you are a light sleeper, ask to be on the sides, they start setting up for breakfast at 4:30AM if you are near the elevator and are not very quiet or apologetic about it. "
