"This is a great spot steps away from a bakery, a grocery store, a wine bar and a couple of minutes from the heart of the village. The owner and his staff were very friendly and helpful. We hiked, biked and had an awesome time. Breakfast was a great spread. All in all a great find!"

"Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view. Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines. Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor. Good WiFi connection."

"We stayed in Canazei out of season, but Hotel Cristallo is one of the few hotels open all year round. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent views, the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were superb, I would definitely return to this hotel and I would definitely return to this beautiful mountain town."

"Die Lage ist grandios und auch der kostenlose Nahverkehr (Bus) ist super. Das Hotel ist mit Schwimmbad und Sauna gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung der Apartments ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder"
