"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. "I was very annoyed that I had to pay the horrendous cleaning fee, even though we did clean the house. We were in a rush, but we cleaned it as good as it was when we got there.
