"The hotel is in a really good spot and you can see both sunrise and sunset from the balconies on the top floor. My room was nice and the breakfasts were amazing - great food, fabulous views and being serenaded by a pianist. I had a great stay until the last night when there was a big party in the function room on the floor above mine. They really need to work on soundproofing. It spolt a great stay."

"Love, love, loved our stay here what a hotel. Beautiful palace with sympathetically added bedrooms. Spacious, luxurious rooms, again with fantastic views. Wonderful views for the pool and bar area-stunning.Do wander into the town and around the beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful staff-booked us a taxi for early airport run, with a breakfast bag. Even went to the trouble of prepping us coffees at 5am. We felt thoroughly spoilt."

"The staff members were very helpful and fixed us a lunch (sandwich, apple, juice, water) because we had to miss breakfast due to our early flight. PSA: Get to the Faro airport early. We got there around 4:15 am for a 6 am flight and had only minutes to spare. "
