"Beautiful place and confortable.
The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were...

"B&B Borgo Vera is a sweet country home secluded in the fields of Tuscany. The host, Stefania, is incredibly joyful, warm, and accommodating... laughing, offering recommendations, and reminding us to slow down and smell the rosemary. The property is rustic and beautiful, with a wonderful swimming pool with a newly refinished bottom. It's a few miles down an unpaved road, and although it's a rocky road, it's worth it to arrive to such a peaceful and quiet place where the birds are the loudest sound you'll hear. In the morning, breakfast (for a small extra fee) was served starting at 8:30am. The cappuccinos were delicious and breakfast was just fine. There are sweet cats who live at this country inn who nap in the sun. The closest town is Manciano (less than 15 mins drive,) a very quaint hilltop medieval village, where we had our most authentic meal in Tuscany at La Imperiale (a Stefania recc.) We ran into a barrel rolling competition while returning to our car! The next day we went to the public hot springs (thermal baths) in Saturnia (Cascate del Mulino) which was only 30 mins by car and a super memorable and relaxing experience."
"Hotel VILLA AQUAVIVA
This is our second time in 2 years staying at this property.
The location it's perfect if you want to go to SATURNIA TERME IL MOLINO. (5 Min drive). Also very close to a beautiful little town, and 30 minute drive to PITIGLIANO.
The grounds for the property it's just gorgeous, you are staying in the middle of vineyards,
Amazing views, from every angle of the property.
Breakfast included, was very good, and the personal attention of the Staff, was great.
Rooms are kind of small (specially the bathroom and shower) but super clean and a very comfortable bed. Parking it's included at the property
We Will come back next time we will be in Italy.

"Great property but check in staff didn’t mention anything about wine tours or wine tasting or spa treatments. Everyine else working in the resort was fantastic. Special shout out to Roberto, our waiter at the pool"

" We stayed there for 4 nights
We received a not very clean apartment with minimal consideration
Not even a single tea bag.
The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper.
The place is beautiful and nice"

"An absolutely amazing location, wonderful hosts and incredible food. Stunning views from the room, clean bathroom. Fantastic wine tour and tasting, very clear instructions regarding parking.
The only thing we’d change is a fan or some air con though we fully appreciate that might not be possible due to the historic nature of the building. It was a little too warm for us at night and we were reluctant to leave the windows open as there was a gap in a mosquito screen. This may not be an issue for others who are more used to the heat!
Thank you for a most wonderful stay. Provided the perfect base to visit the Tuff towns. We will recommend to friends and family. "
