This place was a dump, but only thing we found with vacancy as we were traveling through town. Outside parking lot was sketchy. No elevator. Rooms didn't look like the photos advertised online—felt like decades since last updated. Bathroom sink/counter was held up with shelving brackets. Shower and sink were stained. In huge need of renovations. Will never stay at another Roadway Inn.

We just needed a place to stay for one night - arriving late and leaving early, so we weren't expecting much. It is in an ugly area, there are lots of questionable characters hanging around and the property is filthy and run down. We might have put up with this, but the room we were assigned was completely trashed - absolutely filthy, food and junk everywhere - it might have still been occupied. Thankfully the hotel had no other rooms "available" so we went elsewhere for more than double the price. The Expedia price for this dump came to $70 after taxes.

Friendly staff. Originally roomed in ADA room that was filthy; water on shower floor, stained mattress cover, dirty mattress, room smelled moldy and like cigarette smoke. Requested different room and was placed in a cleaner room. Floor was still grimy, sofa with pullout was literally falling apart, and only one light in room would work. The breakfast was limited to cereal, bread, and waffles.

Wrong day was picked to stay and the staff would not help to refund for a different night. I called just to make sure they did not have any rooms available and the person I talked to said yes, got there after already driving for 12 hours and there was NO ROOM. I was not the only person that had the same experience.

Wifi didn't work properly, it kept disconnecting and would not work with my vpn. Hair in the shower. Sketchy neighborhood and people hanging around. Ac was so load i had to unplug it because all the buttons were broken.

NOT so good! Rodeway Inn IS terrible. There was one room left when we booked and confirmed by front desk person…the room’s AC did not worked and had to move us to another room; therefore he lied not having another room. Curtains falling down, sink not draining. Would NOT recommend.

Our bikes were removed and nearly stolen off our bike rack. If not for having a locking cable they would have been. The motel was surrounded by people hanging out around the building. In the morning upon our departure there was an altercation of people leaving the motel.

When you go on the steps the rails are unstable and there not screwed in tight enough plus the bathroom didn't had no handicap rails and water keeps leaking under the sink.plus it's not clean and smells like cigarettes

Just say no
Needed a quick stop and lured by the cheap price. Very poor maintenance, awful bed with one pillow. Smelled awful like vomit and pizza and clerk said no more rooms and sprayed air freshener. AC marginal at best. You get what you pay for and I wish I hadn’t paid anything. All halls and lobby smelled like weed, forgot that part.

The parking lot was aged, dirty and unkempt. The lobby is small, impersonal and soiled. Walking into the side enterence the carpets are old, soiled, tattered and lifting up on the edges. There are visible repairs made with 2 by 4"s, electric tape and poor unskilled craftsmanship. The room was dark and gloomy. Newer furnishings that were ok. But the bathroom was old and in dismal. I definitely will not stay there again.

Not a good area. The police were hauling a guy out when we arrived. The lobby and corridors were dirty. This is an old hotel in desperate need of complete renovation. The night staff at check in were accommodating. The morning staff was not attentive at all.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. Property furniture was outdated. The overall condition of the property was very dirty. Breakfast was not very good, only had coffee, orange juice, cereal, toast and waffles. Hallway carpets were extremely dirty and worn out. The non-smoking room I had smelled of cigarettes and there was cigarette burns on the counter tops of the furniture and bathroom sink. The glass in the window in my room was cracked and had tape over it.
