Easy to get to off the interstate. Great staff and room was huge and clean. Great restaurants within walking distance and an easy drive to the mall and shopping. Would highly recommend.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by a lovely staff member. unfortunately, I do not know her name, but it was my first time booking the hotel and she answered my questions which was greatly appreciated. while we were staying there the staff was very nice and the hotel was quiet. I would Stay there again, especially given the price for the rooms.

Front desk agent was kind and helpful upon check-in. Room was serviceable, but some of the room items were damaged. Art on the wall was dented, the arm of the lounge chair was sliced, and the pillow itself (though the pillowcase was clean) had stains on it (like someone had split a lip in their sleep and bled on it through the pillowcase or something). The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The hot tub has been cemented in, so only a pool remains in that space. I appreciated the availability of the business center, as I needed to print some items last-minute. I would probably stay again if the price was right.

The property is not bad,but some things are run down. We stayed in the whirlpool suite. There was a jet nozzle that was broken, laying on the edge of the tub. The ceiling above the bed jad water damage. The couch and floor were stained. Needed some heavy duty cleanin.

Everything was fine except the cleaning staff. They went into our room when we had the do not disturb sign up. They took our belongings out of our room before we checked out. They were rude and disrespectful when approached them. They threw items away out of fridge that we left to come back for during our checkout.
