The front desk lady was rude and horrible. Major attitude. Didn’t greet at check didn't say a word about breakfast or where the room was or pool area. The throw the blankets and sheets at me when i went down to get them for the fold out bed. And got really rude when i asked for them as if it was an inconvenience

Quiet room.Bed was too firm for my liking. Noticed something sticky on the night stand. Two chairs at the table would have been nice. Thank you for having a Gidion bible in the night stand. We didn't use any of the amenities. $20 charge for my dog. Overall a good stay .

Pool wasn’t working. Breakfast was average (kids liked it). I wasn’t made aware of pet fees. Rooms could have been cleaner. There were other hotel guests having an altercation in the parking lot and both parties made it known that they had firearms on them.

We were checked into a room that already had people staying in. We had to go back and get assigned a new room. The vending machines didn't accept cards. Breakfast was not set up - the waffle mix machine was broken, and I had to have the attendant fix it, then the waffle iron had never been turned on so when we put the mix on the iron nothing happened. We had to leave without being able to eat.

There was never anyone at the front desk. The breakfast room ran out and there was no one tending to it to refill anything.
