When arriving the door to the room was open already, not pulled shut, the door did not shut on its own you had to pull to latch. There was a piece missing in the air system so there was a strobing blue and green light in the room constantly. There was mold growing in the pool area where the floor met the wall and in the corners of the spa. The workout room was under renovations and was not able to be used, there was no notice of this before checking in. Overall if it wasn't for the late arrival and not having many options available at the last minute we would not have continued our stay here.

Our room was dirty. Garbage was on the window sill. The room was also freezing. The AC was on. (It’s winter and below zero out) the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The water machine on the main floor was out of service.

I booked a room for 5 and got a room for 4.Were going to up charge me but didn’t. Hide -a-bed in new room smelled extremely musty. Pillows were flat as a pancake and had to request extra towels for the 5 of us. Front door sounded like a chalkboard when opened and shut. Will not be back.

The girl managing the front desk was very rude to my kids, on more than one interaction. The pool also wasn’t open which was disappointing because had I known I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here. If the ammenities are unavailable people should be informed before booking. The halls were very noisy. I will NOT be staying here again.

The property was nice. The pool was a little dirty. The check-in process was horrible. I completed their check-in process virtually as they sent it to me prior to my arrival, and when I arrived, they gave my room to a different party. They then found a different room for me, and when I walked into the room, it was already occupied by a different family. It took over 45 minutes to get a room.

Front desk Staff was friendly. However, our fridge didn’t work and it was never dealt with while we were there. Was told I’d be contacted by a manager to compensate me for the inconvenience and I still haven’t heard anything. Pool area could have been cleaner. Somewhat of a noisy hotel.

The hot tub has not been maintained and is overchlorinated to the point of bleaching your swimsuit. The rooms need maintenance for a refresh. The front desk service was great when checking in and the morning breakfast was good. We were there a few nights and needed to do laundry using the onsite facility. The washer and dryer onky take quarters. Asked the front desk for quarters and they don't offer any change. Trying to find enough quarters to wash and dry clothes in the area was a complete PITA.
