The staff was excellent . Very helpful. Everything was very well kept and clean Only negative,was the airport shuttle wasnt available, but they did call a cab for us.

Our room was dirty when we checked it. Chips all over on the floor and garage on bathroom floors. The rooms are run down. Heating system kicks in on and off all night and is loud.

Both hot tubs unavailable, Wi-Fi password was weird and wrote on small slip of paper, nothing but personal account security issues since connecting to hotels WiFi. Lost access to two of my accounts. Room had very poor lighting and flickering lights during entire stay.

We were only there for a short time, but staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, and the room was nice. The bathroom door was dirty, looked like something spilled on it. The door should have been wiped down.

The staff in very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was also great and there was plenty of tables in their breakfast area.

A rather tired property. Showing wear and tear. Two hot tubs and neither was working while we were there. Definitely over priced for the condition of the property and what it offered. Beds were decently comfortable and we were within walking distance to restaurants.
